Refund Policy – All India Talent Association

At All India Talent Association, we maintain full transparency with our clients and artists regarding services, pricing, and plans. Before any payment is made, all details related to the selected plan—including what services will be provided and what will not—are clearly mentioned.
General Refund Policy
- Once payment is made by any artist or recruiter after selecting a plan, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- This policy applies regardless of the duration of the plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and is applicable to both individual artists and recruiters.
- It is the responsibility of the client (artist or recruiter) to review the plan details thoroughly before making payment.
Important Terms
- After successful payment, the buyer confirms acceptance of the terms and services mentioned in the plan.
- There will be no refund for dissatisfaction, change of mind, non-usage, or any personal reason once the payment is processed.
- No exceptions will be made for partial usage of services, delayed response from either side, or early cancellation initiated by the client.
- Any false claims, chargebacks, or disputes raised without valid legal grounds may result in account suspension and further legal action.
